If you’re moving within DTE Energy’s service territory, we can help ensure your continuous participation in the program – and make sure you continue to receive program benefits and incentives!
If you’re moving outside of DTE’s service territory, then we will help you disconnect your vehicle from evPulse and exit the program – and, where relevant, find you another evPulse utility program to join.
Please send us an email at dte-support@ev-pulse.com with your current and future address, along with your DTE account number. From there, we’ll work with DTE to ensure a seamless transition to your new address.
